The 9K35 Strela-10 missile (Russian: 9K35 Стрела-10; English: arrow) is a Soviet short-range, highly mobile surface-to-air missile system. Its aiming is visual and uses optical and infrared guidance. Its primary objective is to engage low-altitude threats such as helicopters. 9K35 is its GRAU reporting name; its NATO reporting name is SA-13 Gopher.
