Real-time based vehicle wetness
Resets the vehicle wetting and drying system back to real time.
This mod changes the calculation of vehicle wetness. Instead of taking in-game time into account, wetness is now calculated based on real time. This means that the wetness will increase or decrease even when the game is paused or the time is set to 0.
