- Fixed hood decal being too high and some parts not getting dirty.
- Fixed wide wheels clipping through fender bracket.
- Added extra wide crawler config with wider front wheels.

So as the title suggests this mod started off as a simple color and decal change to make a black knight edition, but then i decided to add more.
Additions:
- Edition: Default, White Knight and Black Knight.
- Decal editions: Same as above.
- EU Config with warning signs.

- Cab steps (also changes a few small parts on the front linkage when selected)

All color configs have the custom color picker.
