Heartland Agricultural Bank is a new realistic bank loan system that enhances your banking / financing experience in the game. Built to be realistic, fun, and easy to use. Bad credit, good credit.. that’s all based on how you manage your payments with the bank and make all the difference when applying for loans. All mod features are listed below along with the key binds.

NUMPAD 1 – Extra $10,000 principal payment
NUMPAD 3 – Full loan payoff

NUMPAD 0 Close the bank

ACCOUNT DELINQUENCY
1. missed payment: Past Due
2. missed payments: Collections
4. missed payments: Default
Late fees are 5% of the monthly payment, with a $75 minimum and $2,500 maximum where applicable.
